On the palate, it is encompassing, substantial and supported with the right acidity. A long finale dominated by remarkable tastiness and persistency.

The grapes intended for the production of our Curtefranca Bianco Doc come from vineyards located in the heart of Franciacorta. Harvested by hand in small boxes.
Guyot training system.
Soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18/20°C. Ageing in steel in contact with its yeasts, stirring the lees. Filtration and subsequent bottling.
