The grapes intended for the production of our CurteFranca Rosso Doc come from vineyards located in the heart of Franciacorta. Harvested by hand in small boxes.

Controlled fermentation steel tanks between 25/30° C. Frequent pressing and pumping over of the must during the fermentation. Ageing in barriques and large oak casks for a minimum of 2 years.
Before bottling, the wines are first assembled in steel tanks.
